Green Express Cabbage is very similar to the popular Stonehead variety. I chose this variety because it's non-GMO heirloom, and I can get organically grown seed stock - whereas the Stonehead is not. This is a small, very compact cabbage. One head is the perfect size for a batch of coleslaw. Uniform 2-3 pound cabbages are quick growing and great for an early harvest. 50 days to maturity.
